On November 11th, DSP visited its plant in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, to check the current state of local production and further strengthen its partnership. This plant specializes in the core product of DSP, “K-PANEL”, and the material applied to this product is DSP's own product “ALUSTEEL”. This product supplies architectural finishing materials optimized for Mongolia's harsh climate environment through a durable PVDF coating process.

"K-PANEL" is a non-combustible exterior metal panel with excellent flatness, fire safety, and economy, and is an innovative product of DSP with production efficiency that can be produced up to 6m long at once.

DSP's unique technology "ALUSTEEL" applied to such K-PANEL surfaces is an aluminum-based high-strength exterior material that boasts excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and light weight, and has strong retention of color and gloss due to PVDF coating.

During this Mongolian schedule, we also had time to check the construction site of a large Ulaanbaatar residential apartment where our product is applied as an exterior material for the building. Alusteel supplied to this project is 0.95mm in total thickness consisting of Al(0.35T) + Posmac(0.6T). This composite structure ensures high strength and corrosion resistance at the same time, optimizes performance for harsh climatic environments such as frequent strong winds and dust in Mongolia, and the long-term color and gloss maintenance power of PVDF coating will also be excellent in local extreme environments.

This project will serve as a meaningful example of a product that incorporates DSP's unique technology directly contributed to a large local project, which will serve as an opportunity to further increase customer trust.
